Santa Ana Bosque Restoration at the Tamaya Resort

A portion of the Rio Grande Bosque and upland areas are being restored and monitored by the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa and Santa Ana Pueblo. This site will be toured as part of the first ever New Mexico Watershed Forum - From Mountaintop to River Bottom, held in Albuquerque at the Marriott Uptown from September 30 - October 2 (www.watershedforum.org).

To drive to the site, follow these directions:

1. Take 1-25
2. Take exit 242 for NM-44 W toward NM-165 E/Placitas/Rio Rancho 0.3 miles
3. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Farmington/Bernalillo/Rio Rancho and merge onto NM-44 W/E NM-44/US-550 N
Continue to follow NM-44 W/US-550 N 2.0 miles
4. Turn right at Jemez Dam Road 0.4 miles
5. Turn right at Tamaya Blvd 1.0 miles
6. Turn right at Tuyuna Trail 1.3 miles
